Joe Mandelbaum

Joe is the firm’s Founder and President, and has focused on real estate for more than 35 years as an advisor, tax specialist, author, speaker, and investor.

His extensive experience in all financial and tax-related aspects of real estate investment has allowed him to develop numerous strategies that he utilizes and shares directly with his clients, associates and real estate professionals.

Joe has individually and through his various investment groups and associations, purchased, sold, rehabbed and developed single family homes, condominiums, retail, office and multifamily apartment complexes throughout the western United States. He, through affiliated entities, has been advising and assisting investors for the past 35 years with their acquisition, financing, asset management, re-financing, disposition, and tax deferred exchange of multi-family assets. Over those 35 plus years he has been engaged and transacted on thousands of apartment units on behalf of various client ownership groups primarily within the Southern California, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington and Idaho multi-family markets.

Joe has been published and has authored hundreds of articles for real estate and accounting magazines as well as contributing various chapters in books on financial planning. He is a frequent speaker who has presented seminars on real estate throughout the United States.

Joe holds a B.S. Degree in Engineering from The Cooper Union in New York. Other licenses and certifications include: Certified Financial Planner (CFP); Enrolled Agent (EA); and California Real Estate Broker.
